Microsoft employees have developed Artificial Intelligence, which can illustrate the text. Neuronet mastered the creation of images on a short textual description.
The program was created by training with the help of pairs "word-picture". Thus, the system visually received an idea of which word with which picture corresponds. After that programmers created a software that answered questions related to the image. The first program was called CaptionBot, and the second was SeeingAI.
At the moment, the creators are testing the very sequence of creating illustrations. The system works with two programs. One of them controls the creation of a picture by text description, and the second monitors the authenticity of the image.
In the future, the corporation's programmers plan to teach the program to create animated tapes according to the script. It is assumed that the AI will perceive the scripted excerpts as a team.

The reason for recruiting excess weight in people in the winter time scientists found out. As it turned out, the blame for all the shortage of sunlight.
The light of the Sun can influence the subcutaneous fat layer, burning excess fat. The point is a certain length of the rays, which have the effect of burning fat. They penetrate the skin and act on the lipid droplets, contributing to their reduction and withdrawal from under the skin. The researchers noted the accumulation of lipids in the inhabitants of the northern regions.
Because of the acute shortage of sunlight in the body, lipids begin to accumulate, which is why a weight set characteristic of winter sets in. Scientists are convinced of the importance of research, which will allow to develop methods for weight loss with an emphasis on the discovery of the significance of sunlight.

Experts from the British University of Bath presented a one-time test that verifies the suitability of drinking water. Experts emphasize that this will help save thousands of lives in Africa. The tester itself looks like litmus paper, but the color change signals not about the value of the acidity of water, but about the presence of harmful impurities.
According to the assessment of WaterAid, today about 850 million inhabitants of the Earth experience a shortage of clean water. In the materials of the charitable organization it is noted that the intake of bacteria contaminated with water causes the death of children every 2 minutes. A one-time test will cost a little less than $ 1.3, but it can save lives.
The development is a paper with graphite electrodes and a layer of electrically conductive bacteria. The strip changes its own color during the reaction to the presence of toxic chemicals, heavy metals, herbicides, and other inconspicuous dirt.
Such tests can be applied even in the territory of developed countries. This will help to understand the situation with water quality in remote settlements, help tourists, as well as rescuers during emergency situations, which can lead to contamination of drinking water supplies. To date, employees at the University of Bath are working on integrating the chip into a test strip to transfer data analysis to electronic systems. This will make it possible to display data in a more familiar form, and also to accumulate statistics.

If we talk about the total time spent in applications (here the data is only for Androiid), then the leader will be China with an indicator of 225 billion hours, but this is logical given the population of the country. No other country has exceeded even the figure of 50 billion hours.
The leader in the average number of applications launched monthly is India, where the indicator is about 42-43 programs. And if we talk about the total number of applications on a smartphone, then China and Japan are leading with indicators of about 102-103 units.
