All houses are equipped with battery and fuel cell generators, Kansai Electric Power will supply clean energy, and Osaka Gas will develop new ways to use natural gas. This program has been implemented for five years.
Panasonic will take charge of the planning and management of the project. The corporation will be responsible for the development of the city and attracting partners, and its subsidiary will be engaged in the construction and organization of the management system.
